So do you suggest I do something about it. I mean other than that I have everything running perfectly normal so far.

Just set it to enabled. The bios is most likely just disabling the physical core.

Yup I turned it back on. I wonder if I can come across any other E6750 users with this quirk.

One thing though I never installed my motherboard drivers only because when I went to the Asus website it only offered 64-bit Audio drivers. So I headed over to Nvidia for Nforce drivers for my motherboard but that only contained Ethernet and Storage drivers.

Having said that this Hyper-Threading Message only came about after I did the optional updates even if it doesn't affect it which makes it a little strange.

What on earth...

So I just shut down my computer then turned it back on and now the BIOS and boot screen has reverted back to how it was before "normal". I no longer have the line: "Hyper-Threading Technology CPU Detected (Hyper-Threading Technology Enabled)"

...nor is it even visible in the BIOS anymore. Good thing I re-enabled my core before I shut it down completely.

Hopefully that is the end of that and nothing else comes up
