have some 7-9-7-24-1t 1600mhz mushkin in board.

running at 181x23

mems at x8 multi or 1448 @ 9-9-9-24 1t
running memtest now, its at 20% and no errors.... any guesses as to whats wrong here.

i havnt oced in a long time and forgot most of it.... but just got a 970 and a good water kit and want to get a 4.5ghz 24/7 thing going.

im assumming im going to get this oc alot higher so my voltages are higher than they should be at this point but...

vcore 1.35
vtt 1.34
vdimm 1.64

i can post a complete bios template if needed

thanks.

0x000000124 means that your QPI/DRAMv is either too high or too low

i'm at 1.41v in bios with 1.388~1.396 in cpu-z, but to get to 4.5 i need 1.45v, so 4.1 with 1.35v is very good.......atleast try 1.4v first

on most SB chips 124 = vcore but on the 970 im not sure. Try running the ram at a lower multiplier for the time being to rule it out, and see if the 124 bsod comes back, if it does, then you gotta give that thing some more juice.
