Is there a way to use CCC for Extended Desktop..

Hello, Using the Latest Drivers Catalyst Software Suite 11.3 3/29/2011, but i have had this problem with all drivers.

The reason why I ask is that when ever I use AMD overdrive to OC my graphics card, it will work fine in the eyefinity mode when it spans my 2 screens as one. But as soon as I use windows to make it extended(can not find the option in CCC) Thats when i will get an annoying flickering on the bottom half of my screen when ever i move a window or click on anything.
I have tried to search google and the forums for solution, but never found and answer.

The flicker is from the dinks at ATI setting the idle clocks bellow 400MHz. It will work fine if you don't overclock the card, but if you OC then the idle clock drops to 157MHz and it will cause the second monitor to flash. The real dumb thing is that it will still flash if you load up a 3D app and make the clock kick into high gear.

My work arround is that I run my extra monitors from a different card. I only non-3D apps on the extra monitors so any old card is fine for my use. Though now I have crossfire and I can't get my third card to work...but I've started another thread for that.

Well I been messing around with editing the xml profiles and I was able to raise the clock to 470 for the downclock, but can not seem to raise the ram above 300 that is causing issues too i guess.

I am sure that being part of the redtide has advantages, I just have not been able to indulge in them yet. Nvidea you just set it and forgot it.
