The PSU connector you're looking for is the 4-pin EPS12V connector. Or, take that black cover off and use the 8-pin (if you have one - I didn't even take the time to look at your PSU).

As for where to connect the red cable:

Plug it into the two pins labeled "+IDE_LED" (it's printed on the motherboard right by the pins).

IDE LED is the HDD LED connection. (Having Asus use IDE as the description doesn't make much sense now that everyone is using SATA drives.)

Just look at all the manuals you're bound to have from all the parts you've bought...

And why on earth would you buy a non-brand PSU for this sort of system? Considering you have the 6990, i am thinking you probably have a very high-end system.

oh thanks i took off the black tab and that was why, i also just sliced open my wrist on the F**king cpu cooler fins(dont worry i got the blood away from the mobo) also i have the corsair A70, because of the retention bar one of the fans has to be up a little on the bracket, is that ok

You're welcome!

Ah yeah, the dangers of working on our systems. Yeah, I've sacrificed some blood for my system too.

Anyway, ya it should be fine to have the fan up a little like that.

All 4 because otherwise there won't be enough power.

Doesn't your PSU have two 6-pin PCI-E connectors you can use?
