I'm a little annoyed with XArmor - Page 2

It seems to me like they're going to charge you the $25 since according to them the keyboard was not defective, and they didn't write anything about making an exception for you.
they didn't charge him, comments made in the PS section aren't really concrete, I've yet read a professional email from companies that even use the PS section, since it's not really used for professional conduct

Right, so if it doesn't work at my place, but it works at theirs, then something else is at play that's causing the discrepancy. That's understandable, especially in light of Phaedrus's post. The way I see it however, they should still take my word for it that I'm having problems, not just be like "dude your keyboard's fine, you can have it back now, by the way don't send us further requests for support or we'll charge you $25 lol". If the keyboard still doesn't work right when I get it back, I'm out $140 since XArmor won't help me. I'd be surprised if their "cleaning" the keyboard did anything to solve my issue, but we'll see.

Is a deuche a German poker player?

Chattering IS a bit of random thing but once it appears it rarely goes away on it's own.

From what I've seen in the past with Elitekeyboards and chattering issues they just replace the keyboard. It's called "The Customer Is Usually Right".

That line has kept me in business here for over 30 years...while keeping my sanity....what little I started with. smile.gif

The Kramer/Cantaloupe episode on Sienfeld was based on his experience at my store.

"KRAMER: See, the other thing is, if you don't like anything, he takes it right back.

JERRY: I don't return fruit. Fruit is a gamble. I know that going in."

I always thought that Xarmor website was fruity. Especially when it had "Store Closed" in the Html address.

The website was another pisser. Of course it only started being that way, what, a month after I got the keyboard? Not very confidence-inspiring. Then they finally set up the current page so it would at least tell you how to get ahold of XArmor support, not that they're very helpful apparently, but at least you can talk to... someone I guess.
