Phenom II x4 970BE 4ghz help!

Ok so i havent OC'd a AMD cpu in about 2 or more years! and i need help! Im trying to get to 4ghz and no matter what i do i keep getting instant BSOD's when i start PRIME95 can anyone help me with the bios settings cause im use to intel settings . Can anyone tell me some settings for like the vcore, nb/cpu voltage and all those things!

Get the motherboard manual, search through the BIOS section. Youtube how to overclock on that board. After that, increase voltage, and then decrease in increments to when it gets unstable again.

I can't really help you since I'm unfamiliar with that BIOS.
