1-2 hour prime95 seems sufficient to see if your system stable or not with those setting but I ran prime95 24 hour when I found the right voltage and clock for my i5 2500k thats just me

Haha Gawds you're popping up everywhere! Trust me you'll love it, you'll hate it, you'll laugh and cry, all in the same hour!

EDIT: sorry my answer would be 15/20mins between overclocks. 24/7 stable is something else
It's been running for a good 1/2 hour now. I'm about to go to bed. When I wake up I'm gonna try to get in your club! Thanks so much Munaim1! I'd give you a PLETHORA of rep if I could, but here's +1 for your troubles!

Well. I got it to run Prime 95 for an hour. Seemed fine. I ran World Of Warcraft, and it BSOD'd after I went from windowed to full screen...

WoW doesn't load the CPU that much... idk what happened, but it seems fully stable @ 4.6ghz, I'll tinker with the settings a bit more later. Probably when I get better cooling.

For now, I think 4.6ghz is still overkill, my computer laughs @ WoW (if you havn't seen it, check out my build log link in my sig) even at ultra settings/8X multisampling (about 180FPS). Can anyone suggest some more demanding games?
