Client v7 - not showing credit (or in log) for smp

Thread Starter
Hi.

I'm running client v7.
To the GPUs, its showing the PPD/Credit per run and even in the log.
But for SMP, it doesn't show the ppd, base credit and so on.
When it finish a job, it upload the result, and it doesn't say how much or if I get the credit for these runs.

Any idea?
Is this normal?

The calculations runs fun, but the credit or ppd isn't showing at all for any SMP client.
I get the credits for the GPU runs, and they given fine in the statistics on the folding home page, but I can't tell whether the SMP runs gave the credit.

The log:
Code:
07:46:00:Unit 00:Completed 237500 out of 250000 steps (95%)
07:58:14:Unit 00:Completed 240000 out of 250000 steps (96%)

Yeah that's one of the current complaints but its not abnormal. Hopefully in the next update they'll add a feature that displays the numbers of points received for the SMP or v7 will be compatible with HFM since that will show the points for everything as well.

Also on a related matter are you going to bring out your sig rig for the Chimp Challenge? It's well capable of pulling 100k+ a day which is about 10% of what we need for the Chimp Point.

Edit: You need to know what time and what kind of WU you're looking for but you can see your activity here:

Yeah I am.
I'm testing it now in the next few days to see how much I can pull.
Folding on 3 GPUs will give about 45-46K.
But I don't know how much the CPU will as it doesn't show.

I'm assuming that your 980x is overclocked to 4 GHz+ and you'll be running 4 GPU3 clients for the CC, but the CPU should be able to produce 60k+ PPD.

As Lamps said, just an issue with the new client; we're hoping to get credit/PPD soon, but until then you can uise this calculator instead:

Well I don't know.
By this link, I'm doing 11,035 on my I7-920 (OCed to 3.8) with 8 threads on the current project.
(This is without bigadv so I can get more normal SMPs out) before the big one finish on my 980x).
My 980 has 2 projects, one with 4 threads (normal SMP) and one with 8(bigadv). The first says its doing 4K ppd and the big one says 2K.

Seems a bit low.

My GPUs are pushing a 1280/1380 credit projects every 2 hours, which seems ok (15-16K PPD for 3 cards).

Bah just saw the image...
Try -smp 7 it may help in your case for increasing PPD since you have a Fermi card.
