That PSU will do the trick, yes. It is on the OCN recommended PSU list and 620 watts is enough for that rig.

Lancool K60 will also do..only thing I would rethink is the Galaxy 570 unless you're getting it at a great price..if you plan to put an overclock on it, grab one with beefed up VRMs (MSI TFIII or ASUS DCII).

A location and the rest of your rig specs would be useful.

The PSU will be fine. You will only pull 400w in heavy games at the very most.

ill be using scythe yasya
(kind of limited of the supplies since im from israel and finding a store with all these components is hard over here :\\ )

about the source of the stuff its www.sky.co.il but the site is in hebrew so wont be very helpful i persume

the galaxy price is cheaper than the ASUS one by almost 150$ here so it does make a difference
theres a gainward one (gainward gtx 570 phantom) which i can still afford is it better than the galaxy one? (i dont really understand those things TFIII DCII )

I don't know if i'll overclock the 570 since ive been told GPU OC makes about 5% difference max so i dont know yet any information would be helpful.
thanks for the quick reply btw

P.S: is it true that i can OC the 570 to give a 580 performance?
