Anyways OP, the difference between a decent 570 (which I believe you have since the first one you got did 1GHz on cold air) and a 580 isn't going to be worth the price difference.

Why not just sell one 570 and keep the other, if the concern is market value in a few months the biggest diver is going to be the 580/590.

Personally I'd just keep them both, the electrical bill isn't going to be much different, unless you pay outrageous rates.
On top of this a multi monitor setup would actually cost you more per month since they have a constant power draw unless you kept 2 of them off while you weren't gaming.
Unless you game higher than 1920x1080 with a single monitor 1 570 would do you fine. I know I can max everything I play with 4xAA (I can't tell the difference between 4xAA and the higher levels) at 1920x1080.

This. If you get the 580, it will be obsolete in less than half a year.

Dont worry I was the same way, 2 weeks ago I was counting my days till my step-up time would expire. I just couldn't justify the cost though seeing as I get awesome performance already. Its just the itch for something new(its a tough bastard to deal with) resist it.
