I was once addicted to WoW crack. I had to completely get rid of it. lol

So I went back to starcraft. Now, starcraft 2. It is amazingly fun, yet not so addictive!!

He said Runescape in his OP lol..

A lot of my friends tried getting me into that game, but I was too heavily into WoW at the time. They seemed to like it a lot.

Guild wars 1 is dirt cheap, and has no monthly fees. It can pretty much be played solo the entire way through. It's not a traditional MMO though because the entire world outside of common cities/outposts are all instanced. So only you and your party are the ones in the world.

like people above me have said try some free games. i mean besides time wasted to download and install, they don't cost anything.

LoTR, Warhammer, and any other free ones you can find should be worth it. you could even run some 10 day free trials to see what's happening.

I'm just disappointed that it wasn't me who made the comment.

Try something that's not going to swallow your life up into the computer. D&D is a good idea. I do it with a group of friends every friday.

And just in case there's anyone else around who has something negative to say... here's my response...

"Least I interact with a group of people face to face and not mic to mic."
