Can i Y-split a fan controller cable to support 2x 120mm fans?

As the title suggests...

Im looking to run 2x Xigmatech Blue LED 120mm's at the front of a HAF-912 Advanced instead of the factory 200mm red LED one...

The controller i plan to use is the Scythe Kaze Master Ace in the black finish...

I plan to run a top mount exhaust fan, rear mount exhaust fan, and a CPU cooler with an inbuilt fan, including the 2x front intake fans comes to a total of 5 fans...
I also want the front fans running at the same RPM.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated..

Cheers,

Ishi

12W per channel, You can put 2 fans on each channel there, 3 fans is stretching it smile.gif

You probably can. The link you provided doesn't show the amps so I can't figure out how many Watts per fan.

I've got no idea either, thats the main site, you would think that it would have the amp's... :S

fans you linked are .2 amps each, so two on one channel is ok.

If thats true one fan is only putting out 2.4 watts and you could run up to 5 on one channel.

yeah as long as the amps dont exceed the rated amps for the motherboard fan header it will be fine unless you just plug them into a molex plug.

those are some pretty looking fans tho.
