Just drop it in your flashdrive with the bios you want to flash.
You'll have to rename the bios to a rom file.

boot from the flash drive, run "atiflash -f -p 0 yourbios.rom"
hit enter, after the flash ctrl+alt+del to restart.

Yes I have a back-up card. But what should I do if i brick it? I bought it beginning of april from newegg and the RMA period is almost up. Do you think they would accept an RMA?

You can recover from a bad flash, don't worry about it.

The back up card is so you don't have to blind flash.
