Side panel intake/exhaust?

Thread Starter
So I'm planning to get some more fans smile.gif Do you guys put your fans on the side intake or exhaust? I'm thinking exhaust as I have an h50 push/pull intaking from back, and 120mm and 140mm on top exhaust, front 140mm intake, and 120mm bottom intake.

Also, should I make all my fans AP15? How loud/quieter are they compared to the Yate-Loon, and stock CM690AdvII fans?

Thanks,

Jess.

On the side pannle use the fan as an intake, so the VGA card has fresh air.

There are two areas for 140mm fans on the left side. The bottom one is adjacent to the VGA, but the top one isn't. Both intake?

Indeed.

Then... I'll have 5 intakes not including 80mm right side, (should I get an 80mm as well?)
And two Exhaust on top.... Hmm.... Maybe another intake on the bottom making it two? tongue.gif

Wait why?

You should have 3 intake. The front one and the side ones.

Top and rear one should all be exhaust.

Rear = h50 intake push/pull, it doesn't fit on top, tubes dont reach bottom...

What do I put for bottom 2?

Why do you have the H50 as intake? I have one as an exhaust, and it works fine, especially in your case... Who cares what the manual says. rolleyes.gif
