I just bought 2 Gtx 570's superclocked 1 is brand new the other is apparently opened and been used for an hour, the seller now after purchasing has just informed me that because warranties with EVGA warranties arnt transferable that these will no longer be comming with warranty and a decal on the used one is also missing. However the seller did go on to say he has receipts for both cards and did register them can anyone whos dealt with Evga gpu Rma's let me know how the process was for them and if anyone has been in a simular situation as me please let me know thanks (btw i am in australia)

Correct, EVGA's warranty only goes with the original buyer, in order to get a RMA on those cards, you'd have to maintain contact with the seller, have him register the cards, and do all RMAs through him. That's a standard offer here on OCN, but with a April 2011, I doubt it was here that you purchased the cards.

What decal is missing exactly?

If the sale hasn't completed, I'd back out of it, since reference 570s(EVGA in particular) haven't exactly proven reliable.

If you have the option to back out you should..you could buy used EVGA products on here and be assured better support from members.

New Zealand is surrounded by water, it isn't neighboring. Crazy Aussies...

I'd back out of the sale personally, unless it's just an amazing deal (<$250 US each) on them. Someone's word on Ebay is... well... yeah... And depending on what decal was removed, the warranty may be voided regardless.
