Oh, I updated the drivers (not to the latest though), now I got P16101 3DMarks

(I only use 258.96 because my monitor does not play well with any other version when I set it to anything else other than the native resolution - I like 1280x800 on the desktop, using 266.58 was only for this benchmark, at least until I buy a new monitor).
that sounds about right. With a single GTX 470 I was hitting P16xxx

Also, i'm not sure if you need to disable PPU in Vantage if you already set the CPU as doing the PhysX.

Hopefully someone who know can chime in.

Your Q6600 @ 3.6GHz will suffice. But once you start cranking the AA up at your particular res, you're going to get a considerable amount of bottleneck from it.

I actually had a first version of the first post where I had gotten P20XXX Marks, but they said the result was invalid because I had physics calculations being done on the GPU. They said I could either tell the driver to use the CPU instead or disable PPU in Vantage. Basically, it's the same.

Edit: Here is the link on Futuremark's site about this.

The physics score is invalid. PhysX GPU acceleration used

This message can appear only with 3DMark Vantage results and it means your benchmark run was done with PhysX GPU acceleration (running PhysX on NVIDIA video card). This is against the driver approval policy as the physics test cannot run on the GPU or the score for that test is considered invalid. You can fix this issue by selecting “Disable PPU” in benchmark settings or by disabling GPU PhysX in NVIDIA driver options and then re-running the benchmark. This does affect the score but it is required for a score that can be compared to hardware from other vendors.
