Umm you should be happy they are even willing to upgrade you to a new card of equal performance.

The 460 is better then your 260 by a long shot. Guess what, technology changes, your 350 dollar card is being beat by cheap cards now.
I payed 115 dollars for my radeon 9550, does that mean a 115 dollar card now should be equal performance. No. a 35 dollar card now walks all over any pre x series card out there.

the 450 is on par with the 260 and the 440 would be a down grade.
