PSU dieing?

Hello. I have a problem with my Silverstone Decathlon 1200 watts.
Around a week ago i shut down my pc and noticed that the leds on my keyboard + on the scroll wheel of the mouse were still on. Decided to turn off the psu. After 2-3 hours i turned it on again and tried to turn on my rig. Nothing happened and the lights on the mobo, gpu and sound card where off as well. After 5 mins the pc booted by itself!
Since then when i turn the rig off the leds on keyboard and mouse still remain on. I am asking for your advice. Is there anything i can do or is my PSU dieing?

I'd say either PSU or motherboard (I really don't know if mb could cause this, just guessing). You should try to find a spare PSU somewhere and test the rig with it

It may be a motherboard dieing as well. And it may have been killed by the PSU.That is not a good brand for a PSU.

Thank you for the answers guys. So the only way to check it its a mobo problem or a PSU one is to plug another PSU in and see what happens?

Mine also does that and It's normal my motherboard supplies power to the usb ports even when it's turned off.
