Youtube Videos Not Working??

So I started getting a strange problem today. I never had this problem until today.

When I try and watch a youtube video, the visuals are all artifacting. There is audio however. I can play games fine, and have never had this problem before.

My system is:

Sounds like a software problem. Update your Flash Player and video card drivers.

Graphic card fail. The video rendering is hardware accelerated. When your graphic card is acting up, you can get this kind of artifacting both in 3D rendering and in video rendering.

If the problem comes up again try right clicking on the video, selecting settings, then under display options, disable hardware acceleration.

I would agree with this only because that is what happened to me. Replacing the video card with the same model worked fine.
