Download BlueScreenViewer and run it. It will tell you whats associated with the blue screen and will give you a better idea as to what to look for.

My guess is a driver is hanging at shutdown, I had the same problem with a wifi adapter I was using with older drivers in compatibility mode.

+1 for outdated drivers. I bought a i609 tablet and all of the sudden started having bsod at waking up from sleep, had to get the driver package off genius' website and manually update every driver that had to do with pointer devices and that fixed my bsod. Have you made any hardware changes recently?

So you changed your ram sticks, and made no other changes and now you're having trouble waking the computer up from sleep?
have you run memtest? If your computer is set up for S3 (STR) sleep mode, a faulty stick could be causing problems waking up

Disable readyboost on that device and see if you still have the same problem. Also if that does not work, try it with the USB stick unplugged completely.
