getting better speed then you pay for lol 25mbit is around 2.5MB-3.0MB so your almost getting double your rated speed.

I'm jealous of all you FIOSers, my ISP has a mbit down but even that only has 10mbit up, and it's not very cheap. And even though I'm not in the middle of nowhere, my neighborhood has a contract to only be served by 1 ISP in exchanged for discounted rates. Pretty stupid if you ask me beacuse competition tends to do a decent job at driving down rates, that and being able to choose for yourself never hurt anyone.
