A high-ranking executive of Nintendo admitted that the company is in process of developing its next-generation non-portable video game system that will succeed the massively successful, but aging Wii. No official details were released, but the information appears to be in line with previous reports that Nintendo is developing its future console.

This.

Does someone really need to tell us they aren't going to stop with the Wii? With every big company, R&D is always ongoing.

After the BS I went through with the 360 and PS3 this generation, if Nintendo comes up with a spec competitive machine, I'm all in. I owned a Nintendo machine previous generations and have never been wronged, loved them through and through.

Can only cross my fingers, because honestly, I'm missing my Mario yet refuse to play it on an ancient machine that does ancient outputs.
