It isn't the vdroop, it's the previous versions of cpu-z that don't read the vcore of gigabyte b3 boards, only the latest version works correctly for the vcore reading.
You should check your board with a multimeter, chances are very good the voltage you see in software isn't the same as what the board is actually using, & the vdroop probably isn't as bad as you see in cpu-z.
