USB Problems?

Hey guys, first of all I’m sorry if this isn't the right section but I don't know any other place to put it...

Basically, I have no idea what has happened, but I removed my wireless adapter from the front panel of my CM 690 II adv and now whenever I try to connect any device to that usb port it says that there is a malfunction in the device. I tried connecting my two flash drives, my wireless adapter, and my mouse, and they all had this error.

When I connected my usb to the usb port, the indicator lights went on (on the usb) but the device is not appearing in my computer.

Any idea what the heck has gone wrong?

And btw, which ever usb I connect the wireless adapter to, it gives me that malfunction error, if anyone knows how to fix that, that would be appreciated, (the model of the wireless adapter is: TEW- 424UB).

Finally, the computer is fully up-to-date with drivers, etc... I just ran a windows update prior to encountering this problem.

Thanks for any help!
