I really like my 300 so i wouldnt reccomend a new case if it suits your needs.

Do you game? If so id say a new mouse and keyboard would be worth it. Also, as you may not be an audiophile as im not one either, but even a good set up 2.1s is a huge difference. Maybe even upgrade to a good headset thats comfy and has good quality.

Get 8-16GB of ram and do a ramdisk. What I did and saw a huge improvement in how snappy my PC is XD

You may not agree with this, but you could always get a GTX 460 and use it just for folding. They are FAR superior to ATI cards for folding...

They get something like 10,000 PPD which is WAAYY more than my 6870 gets.

That may have been true prior to the x16 core but now they're close enough to equal that re-investing in a 460 would be a waste of money.

I vote better case. Get a nice big full tower Lian Li or Silverstone that can accommodate Crossfired 6950's and everything else you plan on upgrading. It's the best long term investment you can make in a computer.
