It could also be your ambient air temps.

oh...I clean the dust and the cooler like it is new ~~ but the cooling effect drops. And i don't think it's about my ambiet .. It was fine back then

You cleaned it and the cooling effect dropped?
You must have knocked the heatsink a little loose and/or incorrectly applied thermal paste.

Ambient has a lot to do with cooling capability...what's your temperatures there?

Sorry for my bad interpretation, I cleaned it AFTER realizing the cooling effect dropped. I remember my card idle at around 35c and full load at around 60. So after I found out my card idle at 52c i was like "*** ?!?" so I cleaned it and no use. Changed the termal paste and pad and the temp drop around 2 degree.

About the Ambient, that's the thing, my ambient didn't change when my card is idle at 35c back then. So how could it effect and increase the temp so much ?frown.gif
( sorry for my bad english, I typed it as my boss is walking around the office:p)

Can you post up a few ss of GPU-Z for us to look at.

One more thing....have you installed IE9?

OK, i'm charging my camera now and will take some picture of how my rig is sitting.

And yes, I've installed IE9, dont' tell me it has to do with my over heated card..

Well, the reason that I asked is that IE9 is supposed to have GPU acceleration built into it now, so that it will use your GPU(s) as well as the CPU. Not saying that this is the cause, just saying that IE is a Microsoft piece and we all know that Microsoft always produces flawless code....LOL

Sounds like a fan reconfiguration is in order.
I tell you what I did on my nephew's gaming rig.
His case is an 832 Stacker...gorgeous case for versatility [P/S topside - no ceiling fan].
His original two cards were 3870 Radeons.
From the factory they ran at 87 C O/C'd.
A switch to Duorb coolers and two side panel exhaust fans brought that down 43 C OC'd,running the tails off the cards for hours on high graphics settings [1,900 X 1,200 monitor].
The new 5970 has a custom fitted VRM cooler;
It never sees the high side of 52 C [GPU cores] and 50-55 C on the vRMs.
He tells me most other games never go over 45-48 [GPU cores].
He is a Crysis freak however, hence the need for good GPU/CPU cooling.

I see, but i rarely use IE, my main browser is Chrome and i'm loving it:p. The reason for me to download IE is that I just want to see what IE is offering.

I think he means that you may need to add some strategically placed fans in your case to maximize air-flow. I was thinking the same thing when I asked for you to post some pics up. Still doesn't explain why the temp differences are occurring as you most likely have not changed anything that explains the difference in your temps.
