Sounds good, I think P-14s will be good enough as well.

What do you think about my temps?

This is on a i5 2500K 5GHz 1.424V

59-67-65-63

This is max it's been up, right now, after 2 hours of p95 blend.

Is this normal for a RX240 or should I reseat the paste?

I don't know what's "normal" for your setup but it's better than what I get when I run the same thing (although i'm on i7-930-4.2ghz and a low flow loop).

In my non-expert opinion, you're fine at those temps. I'm sure you get <50 at "normal" loads.
