Where can one expect 1GPM on a Laing D5 variable?

I was wondering at which setting I might expect to get 1GPM on a Laing D5 variable with a Alphacool HF D5 TOP. My first WC setup.

The order is Res-> Pump-> Rad-> Cpu-> Gpu --> Res

-Alphacool Cape Bullseye
-Koolance PMP-450 with Alphacool HF D5 TOP
-EK CoolStream RAD XTC (420)
-Swiftech Apooge GT
-Koolance Vid-AR587

- 1/2" Tubing

Hard to say, I would test it personally.

Start high and drop down, if you notice a temp increase building up at a lower setting, turn it up.
