Cheapest 775 board for a Pent 4 530?

Thread Starter
I've got a Pentium 4 530 currently, in an FIC P4M915G/PD1 board. This board, I suspect, is faulty. Ubuntu works on it but Windows 7 causes all sorts of crap to happen.

I need a new board. It must:
support a Pentium 4 530
have a PCI-E slot (for the ATI X600 Pro)
have at least 2 PCI slots (for a Sound Blaster 24-bit and a TV card)
have at least one IDE channel (it has 1 IDE DVD-RW)
have at least 2 SATA ports (for a SATA DVD-ROM and HDD)
support Windows 7

DDR is preferred, but I do have some untested DDR2 that could work.

It needs to be cheap. Very cheap. Cheapest possible. I'm skint, I just need to get this system working. UK links please
