I am assuming this score was achieved with stock and not unlocked Twin Frozr III CF?

You need to overclock and unlock these bad boys
They are the best 6950´s out there in my oppinion.

As in terms of the sata ports...I am not sure what you mean.
the Twin Frozr III isn´t long enough to cover the sata ports and how are the sata cables interfering?
Maybe a picture could help.

the twin frozr III in crossfire, the bottom one covers 4 out of my 6 sata ports, like it LITERALLY goes right over them, and all i can use are the 2 in the middle of the cards close to the fans, and the new twin frozr III's do not unlock as they are laser cut, the first batch did unlock tho, the score was with them both at 900/1325 tho.

and contrary to popular belief tf3's do not have dual bios lol

btw twin frozr III's are 275mm long, longer then my motherboard, lol. just sucks because if i can only use 2 sata ports i'm always gonna be scared of the sata chords near the top frozr's fan

1.)Of course the Twin Frozr III has a BIOS switch the fact that you actually own the card and still don´t know it is a little shocking^^

2.)You are saying the card is 27,5 cm longer than your motherboard?
Guess again^^ a picture might really help in this situation!

3.) I am not sure where you bought yours but there is no new batch out yet.
At least not in Europe I am not sure about USA though.
AMD didn´t even make it clear if they actually were intending to laser cut all cards not just some at random like they have done so far.
But one thing is for certain if the laser cutting begins the ref cards are going to be the first ones since they have a higher purchase probability.
It would cost too much to laser cut non ref as well at the moment.
So be sure your card will unlock

1. The switch is a FAN SWITCH, not a BIOS switch, i can confirm they are not bios switches

2. The card is 275MM Long. it covers 4 out of my 6 sata ports

3. I've tried unlocking both cards, and neither do. and one got messed up, switched the supposed bios switch, and it was the same messed up bios.

Guy? The Twin Frozr III has a BIOS switch please don´t spread this misinformation.
Look up the manufacturers HP!

You said the card overreached your motherboard by 27,5 cm so you might wanna pick your words more careful.

The unlock has nothing to do with the BIOS switch FYI it is just safer to do it with the switch and again the TWFIII has one
There are special Unlock progs for the TWFIII look around in google.
But be careful some members here are advertising for them as well and that could get terribly wrong so be aware.

Try using right anle sata cables where you can. In the future don't buy boards without right angle ports.

what you mean by right angle ports? and i can't use 2 right angles on the board lol. id have to have 1 of the chords facing left, i mean no matter what the chords would be near the fan anyway as the ports are near it, i can just bend the crap out of the sata chords and it should be fine though..lol

and it is deff not a bios switch, i've tried with both and it stays at the same bios each time. doesn't switch or anything.
