As someone said, 850 W PSU is a big overkill. Find yourself a deal on a 600W - especially if gaming is not your priority.
I'll update the OP, as it's changed since then. Don't worry, I'm not getting a 850W PSU or the Seagate HDD anymore. The EVGA's apparently run really hot and I'd rather not have that.

If you can find a cheaper CPU cooler, link me please

The only hard drive that ever failed me was a Seagate. This is not a scientific study, but there ya go! ;D
