I'm new to overclocking and I want to know how I can overclock my cpu (pentium t4400).

ps: yes I know it's not recommended to overclock laptops

If you do not have options in your BIOS then you are pretty much out of luck. You can use software (SetFSB come to mind unsure compatibility) that would be about your only option. I do not recommend OCing with software or a laptop as it will increase heat and since you would have no way to overvolt would not really get to far. Not far enough to see much of a real world speed increase IMO.
