Buying Fractal Design Define XL - Page 2

Aye, I was talking about without modification as well. I thought that much was obvious. You can cut pretty much any case to fit a 360 if you wanted.

Not entirely true. Most cases don't have the proper clearance between the mobo and top for a 360 (especially a fatty like the RX360) plus fans for all internal mounting even after some cutting.

Also, I'd wager you'd have a hard time getting 1200mm of internal rads in many cases nowadays unless you had something like the massive blank canvas Rocketfish Al, Lian-Li pc-v2xxx series, 800d/700d, TJ07 etc (but those case, except the discontinued rocketfish, are far and away more expensive too). Not to mention that they would require extensive modifications as well for that kind of "rad'age".

For what it is, I think the the XL makes an excellent value and modder's delight.

*edit* Of course, if you want to have that kind of extreme WC'ing, you're probably better off just going with a mountain mods or caselabs job

Also, for some reason I automatically think everyone on OCN is into modding...I guess that is not the case!
