Good suggestions. Some other things to check are to make sure your memory timings/frequencies are locked in manually, and stable. I would manually key in your ram voltage as well to the manufacturer's specs. You should be able to hit a solid 4.0 without much tweaking other than voltage. Higher than that is going to require you do some serious research. These forums are a great teacher, try using the search after you get comfortable with your board/chip.
