I used to use ATI tool, but it doesnt support newer cards, Whats the best and newest one out there?? Thanks.

also use afterburner.
and amd gpu clock tool.
if you look you can edit the afterburner .cfg file to enable voltage tweaks.
go to the msi afterburner install folder
open msiafterburner.cfg (with notepad)
at the bottom change "[ATIADLHAL] EnableUnofficialOverclocking = 0" to "[ATIADLHAL] EnableUnofficialOverclocking = 1"

Sapphire Trixx. I like it better then Afterburner, didn't need to modify anything for voltage tweaks or Ocing.
