is my psu going to be enough? - Page 6

WellI just ordered a HX850 from tiger direct which I will never be ordering from agian. I spent a lot with them this week with my monitors and then this and every person I spoke had serious attitude and was crazy pushy. I spoke to a superviser and he acted like he just wanted me off the phone. Total crap service.

I don't know what you define "cool" as, but these are some to consider:

I am sorry for the off-topic, but why do you always say " the ninjas are out " when someone asks this question? lol

Wow. I've been hearing nothing but bad things about Tiger Direct lately.

Anyway, you will love the HX850.

TD has always seemed like a crap company to me, I don't particularly have any plans to ever buy from them (though I did so through a 3rd party but that's a long story). Get what you need and get out!

Ya they are on my **** list. Their reps are awful, they know nothing, and all they do is repeat what you said or act like they are doing you a favor by letting you order from them. One girl today was decent when I had to call back for the tracking numbers that didnt get sent like the guy who took my order said they would be. The supervisor was a complete A hole. I told him I wouldnt be ordering from them again and that I would rather pay tax and get things from frozencpu or Frys when I can. He acted like he could give a crap. I was planning on building another rig for my girlfriend over the summer and buy everything from them and get my gpu cooler and another 6970 or maybe even just sell mine and get a 6990, but they wont be getting my money. They just lost another 2 grand or so and I am telling everyone I know not to deal with them.

I hope my system runs better with the HX850. It still does the shut off right after I power it on, kind of like a forced reset. Not sure what could be causing that. It just does one reset then loads up fine.
