OCN's take on the new LG IPS monitors.

I would like your educated opinions or personal experience on the new LG IPS monitors.

LG IPS226V-PN Black 21.5" IPS Panel Full HD LED BackLight LCD Monitor

LG IPS231 Black 23" IPS Panel Full HD Height,Swivel,Pivot adjustable LED

LG E2370V-BF Black 23" IPS Panel Full HD HDMI LED BackLight LCD Monitor

There is a great deal through the Egg for them right now, I may pull the trigger, but I only want to do it if they are similar quality to the rest of the IPS out there such as Dell or HP. I hear a lot of good things about the U23/24, will these monitors be just as good?

I absolutely love my monitor. Great colors, Great Brightness. No dead pixels.

I do however have one complaint if your on a desk that is not very stable. I.E. mine is a very flimsy desk for years ago with barely any space. Thus it moves a lot when i move, the stand of the monitor is not very stable vertically. It jiggles a lot. Any moderately stable table will have no problem with this as you wont be moving the table much or any at all.

I think its a fantastic monitor, However i am not IPS panel or monitor guru, I, personally, found it fantastic for the price they offer. And i found it in best buy. (I finally got to use my stupid best buy card for something)

EDIT: mine is the Flatron IPS236, the stands on your selections look much more stable. So you might now even have the problem on a very flimsy table.

Thats the one i have. As you can see the stand looks a bit flimsy.
