Hello,
__________________I placed and order with you on the morning of this Monday, February 4th, for a set of DDR2 memory and the status has shown as "preparing for shipment" for the last two days. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, as this is the first time I have ordered from TankGuys. I did find it odd that there was no confirmation e-mail. I would like verify the status of my order (#5966). Thanks in advance.

I'll follow up with them today and get the tracking # if it's been shipped, and if not, we'll upgrade the shipping and ask that they ship it out today.

Recieved the memory earlier today. Was packed well and came with heatspreaders.
__________________Having it running at rated speed with pretty low voltage and it's running great so far. Been through a few loops of memtest86+, S&M 1.9.1s memory stress test, and several hours of Prime95; zero errors. Thanks again tankguys. You'll get my business again.

Alright, I've had these sticks for a few days, and have been testing them at their recommended speed and voltage.
__________________Today while running Prime95 and ATiTool my system started to spontaneously reset. After a lot of trouble I finally traced the problem to my new Team Xtreme memory. If I back off to DDR2-800 the system will run these tests all night with zero trouble, but bring it back up to it's it's rated speed and voltage, the system reboots with in 30 minutes. Also, the first EPP profile (ddr800 3-4-3-9, 2.2v) is totaly unusable at this point. It's not even close to stable. Your site mentions a full refund with in 14 days on defective items, but I know these were shipped from Team, so does that policy still apply? Apologies for the hassle I'm being.

Once again thank you for the quick response, but I've been experimenting and have come to the conclusion that I probably will not have to RMA at all.
__________________In the past when memory I've used has suffered from premature failure due to electromigration I noticed that it would no longer POST at lower voltages. However, when I dropped the voltage on these sticks there was absolutely no change in how they performed. So, I shut everything down pulled out the memory, cleaned the gold contacts on the dimms with some 91% isopropyl, then took a sterile medical pad, drenched it in isopropyl, wrapped it over a credit card and used it to clean out the dimm slots on my motherboard. I then used the BIOS clear jumper, put the ram back in, and fired it up. After setting everything back up, I put the DDR voltage to the lowest possible setting (1.81v real voltage), tried to boot at the rated memory speed (1000MHz DDR, 5-5-5-15-T2), and to my surprise I found that it was completely stable, a full .29v below stock. The first EPP profile is still giving me some trouble, but given that the sticks can use all the other rated speeds just fine makes me think this is just a configuration problem I've got to iron out in the BIOS. So yeah, I'm certainly going to hold off on that RMA. Props for great service though!
