Default Order issue

Ordered a Thermalright HR-09S MOSFET Cooler (Slanted) from you guys on the 13th and it's status has been stuck at "Processing". Was strapped for cash at the time and the price you guys had definitely pulled me in. But right now I'm trying to restrain myself from eating my own hand in frustration. I understand there's difficulties in this business, but I'd greatly appreciate the item sometime next week. I can't guarantee the safety of my own hand for much longer.

Here's a clip from my account page.

Also if it's not too late, I'd like to know if you can change the order to the upright version. I've got watercooling and forgot that a slanted type was unnecessary, but if it's too late don't worry about it, difference is probably non-existent.
