Default Asus P5K's In Stock!

Okay, they aren't listed on the site yet, and won't be until tonight - but anyone interested now, I can take orders. There aren't many of them, so I'm not sure how long they will last - and CA/GA customers would be liable for sales tax. Due to the many requests we've gotten though, I figured I better spread the word ASAP.

Asus P5K - $159.99
Asus P5K Deluxe - $239.99
Asus P5K Deluxe/WiFi - $264.99

Again, PM me for details if you want to order ASAP. I'll be away from my desk on and off so I may not respond right away though

Edit: I should also clarify, prices are going to drop a bit in a few days (these are only currently available from our most expensive supplier) but I wanted to get them up and available to those who want them ASAP.

Thanks for clarifying that, I hadn't had enough chance to even read the specs on these yet.

When you say "for now", what have you heard, if anything, about down the road? Are there going to be hardware changes (voltage differences?), or can they make the cross compatibility through BIOS revisions?

I think that there will be like when we had ddr1 --> ddr2 changes, there were boards which supported both types (Intel). We should see this again as it is good business for mobo makers and maybe for ram makers too.
