There aren't many of them, so I'm not sure how long they will last - and CA/GA customers would be liable for sales tax. Only the deluxe/wifi one does ddr3 only, the rest ddr2 only for now.

When you say "for now", what have you heard, if anything, about down the road? Are there going to be hardware changes (voltage differences?), or can they make the cross compatibility through BIOS revisions?

Isn't there a P5K Deluxe (DDR2) and a P5K3 Deluxe (DDR3)

I think that there will be like when we had ddr1 --> ddr2 changes, there were boards which supported both types (Intel). We should see this again as it is good business for mobo makers and maybe for ram makers too.
