So far from what other OCNers have reported, the E0 stepping e8400s are performing on par if not better than the early e8400s for ooverclocking ability. There were some screen shots from a OCNer from Korea that had his e8400 at 4.0ghz with his volts in the 1.2's

Also the e8600 have been reported by others to have rediculously good overclocking ability as well.

$182 for a E0 stepping E8400 is a great price. Considering at newegg you get a e8500 C0 stepping for $190. And the E0 E8400 will probably be able to be overclocked further than the C0 E8500.

Now if i only had extra money to build a new pc i would jump all over this. But my friends looking to build PC's i let them know about it and made an arguement to spend a little bit more for garunteed E0 stepped cpu from you.

I really hate to see posts like this in a Vendor thread. Get thee to Fleabay where you can be properly taken advantage of as you hope for the "deal" of a lifetime.

Regarding the E0

It is everything you want from a Revision. Lower voltage for the same performance and more performance at less heat. I've been following the OC resuts since there are a lot of ES E0 in the wild right now and they are stunning.

Guys. Please try and get these while you can...they are worth the upgrade/sidegrade.
