I have sent to you two e-mails, but no answer:

On April 3 2009 I was trying several times to place order for Intel core i7 920 D0 stepping processor, but get error massage with failed transaction. I thinck you do not except payment from my country with my VISA Classic card, but the money ($333.??) was cutted from my account. Please, explain me why this happened

You're correct, we don't accept international cards. They money isn't actually removed, there's just a funds hold on there. Unfortunately, this is something done by the banks and credit card companies, and there's *nothing* we can do about it. Our system flat out declined the transaction, and beyond that, it's outside of our realm of control That hold disappears on its own after a while, but how long depends on your bank.

A hold will be held for a numerous amount of days depending on the bank.

The money wasn't taken out of your account, since it was declined automatically, but your bank placed a hold on the account, which is why the funds are showing as not being available.

I was in my bank, they need conformation from you (Tankguys), that transaction was not made, without this it needs about 40 days. So, if it is not complicated for you, contact with my bank and they will take off this block ( www.tbcbank.ge )
