well what or who are they, i have never seen this fourm and now i did i dont know what it means, sorry i just dont know i feel so stupid haha, any input

Yep
He's got vendor rep status (he got to pay for it.. LOL - http://www.overclock.net/view.php?pg=officialvendor) But he's a nice guy and a helpful member of the forum Very nice deals, and ... they let yuo know which CPU steppings/weeks they have in stock!
