This is a good example, some people go out of there way to make everyone around them suffer. Full of excuses and always pointing the blame some where else.
__________________Could have just as easily added a second address to the card, or had the product shipped to the CORRECT address. BUT NO! We have to raise hell on a forum because he didn't want to follow proper procedures. Theres my 2 cents... Nick

People made it clear, they can't afford to get scammed. It's just a way to reduce the possibility of fraud. Merchants like Tankguys can't afford losing a Q6600 let' say, Newegg? They probably have a thousand on shelves. I love tankguys, they got me my nice e6600!
