DFI LANPARTY UT P35-T2R & Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Heatsink Here!
I ordered these puppys on the 2nd and they arrived on the 6th! All I have to wait for is the case, memory, and fans! Thanks tankguyz! Here's a sneak peak of it assembled out of the box:

Picture Updates
Here's a close glimpse of what the IFX-14 looks like on the back of the board:
 The box itself isn't a flat surface but it's quite apparent that this heatsink has some weight to it fully mounted. I have to admit for it's size and it only being 790grams it's impressive.
