Default Did you send the right RAM?
I'm curious because the description says "no heatspreaders" but mine came with Chrome heatspreaders. All the specs are the same, I'm just wondering if it indeed has the same D9GMH chips or not.

Hmm Check the specs on the ram package, and then check the specs of your ram in cpu-z.

If its the right ram then lucky you!

I wish I could check it in cpu-z....I've yet to get a PC up and going since I got the RAM. And I've built dozens of PC's from the ground up (first time LGA775 Intel build, though)

RMA'ing 2nd mobo as we speak.

They could just be using a default ram pic.A lot of sites do that.

Ya like guardian said they could be using the pic from, when the ram first came out and the company has upgraded it with ramsinks now.

well i know on the site, when he posted the specials about the memory it said no heatspreaders were included, so maybe the got a wrong shipment and they did come with heat spreaders, or the wrong product was shipped.
