They use D9GMH. 1GiBs module will be double sided.

Can't fit a gig of GMH or GKH on a single side.

And also, what is the recommended voltage for these sticks? I'm really interested in buying a pair.

2.0-2.2v, apparently. You should, of course, use as little voltage as necissary.
