well I don't know what batch I have, but it's at 3.7GHz at 1.25v currently. going to up it to 3.8 and test a little, then up some more . I wonder if tank guys keep track of what batches they get in, I got my oem chip from them.

I just built my friends 780i system using the E8400 OEM from tankguys. The E8400 is now running 4.05GHz with 1.28v vcore.

It is a 750A batch: 2007 week 50...

did he just get from them within the last couple of weeks? If so, I'm hoping mine is part of the same batch. I'm now at 3.8 with 1.25v vcore.

voltage though is 1.25 read 1.3v in bios for 3.6ghz.
