I placed an order on the morning of 4/24/08 for the Team PC2-4200 D9GMH 2GB kit. My card was charged on 4/24 but the status of my order hasn't changed from 'processing.' I'm just wondering if you have a date on when it will be shipped or if it's been shipped could you get me a tracking #? The order # is 7084.

I've been trying to cancel an order with them for a couple days no response. Order #7112. No phone number = no return customer.

The phone number on their invoice is not in service. 734-864-4810. *** is going on with TankGuys?

You sent the cancel request on Friday, mid day. Just because we didn't answer immediately doesn't mean there was something wrong That order was since canceled, per your request.
