Default What the hell is going on??

I ordered

1 x 2Gb Kit (2x1Gb) PC2 4200 3-3-3-8 D9GMH
1 x 2Gb Kit (2x1Gb) PC2 8000 5-5-5-15 D9GMH

on Thursday 29 May, 2008

and it's stuck at (Google Payment Verification)? For nearly a month?

I think i've been patient enough. The order number is 7214.

I tried sending google an e-mail--no response. Tried sending tankguys an email--once again, no response.

This happened with me. Its something to do with your card.

Call up who ever you ordered with and cancel the order, then re-order

Give me a phone number and I will. I found the credit card verification number...but that isn't useful to me at all, is it?

I would like to order this stuff again, but tankguys doesn't carry the DDR2-1000 anymore.

Hmm... I don't see any pending transactions in our Google Checkout system. Sounds like some odd glitch. Did the charge show up on your credit card?

Generally speaking, as soon as someone enters a Google Checkout order on our site, it gets entered into our database, and you'll see it as an existing order - however, the person can then just close the browser and not actually complete payment via GC, but the order will remain. So, we go through and check them all, and the orders don't get processed unless there is an associated payment. Since I don't see a payment, that's likely why the order wasn't touched.

If you could, just PM me your Google order # if you have it handy, so I can check it that way. We'll see what we can do
